I had reached out to my old loan provider several times to refinance and heard nothing. A friend referred me to Aaron and he was super responsive and helpful. He and his team kept me up to date with the whole process and made it really easy. I had questions along the way and the team would call me and walk me thru everything.

Amy was great but the constant paperwork and questioning about my business after sending in documents that clearly stated the business was in operations, and I pay taxes was frustrating. Having to resend the same documents previously sent to the loan officer to the processor was also frustrating. It just started to become a headache especially when I had all my documents lined up ready to go because I had just went though and closed on a home 6 months prior. They ask for invoices which I don't send to clients because you pay before a drop off or when you pick up. Forcing me to send a client a invoice after clients were told I don't do that. It was a 4 out of 5 but Amy made it a 10 she jumped to it as soon as I called her and let he rknow what was happening. Thanks
