My overall experience with my Loan Officer Mr. Blake Freeman was great and I would highly recommend him to friends and family. However, my overall experience with my loan processor - Mr. John Ray was not that great. He failed to communicate, took time to begin the loan processing causing overall delays in extending the closing date; requested the same information previously submitted, and my request for an appraisal was not followed through closing on a home that I did not have basic information on its worth to confirm the purchased price. I used NAF based on a previous great experience, however, the overall customer experience this time around could have been better. I am disappointed that the request for an appraisal was not carried through even though I was responsible for the charges. I reminded my loan officer several times and whoever was responsible did not initiate the request to get it done. I appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback.
