This was my first home and I thought my experience was excellent. Ben was absolutely amazing and helped explain the steps so I knew what I was expecting. Ben's attention to detail and his weekly mortgage loan updates. There were quite a few hoops through which we were required to jump because of their underwriters/title company but Ben and his team kept us informed along the way.
