The loan was not processed by underwriters until last minute causing chaos in the last week of closing where everything is provided weeks ahead of time. Also due to some faulty reports generated by the underwriters had to jump through lot of hoops to get the required documentation to prove the report was inaccurate. Amir & Chad had my back throughout this process, Absolutely no issues with them. This is more of feed back to improve internal processes.
