My major contact was Amber who was excellent. Where I had a question she was able to answer it and she wold fill out parts of papers where she had the information that I did not. When she needed documents, she was clear as to what documents she needed right away, and which ones could be sent later. As to Chris, both Donna and I are very grateful for his finding a way that significantly reduced the interest rate from the original amount by changing the buyer to the other spouse.

Didn’t have to go anywhere to sign. Chris is trusted. We got accurate information. Only down side was at the signing, when I asked what, if any of the fees were tax deductible. Ronda informed us that she could only refer us to a tax consultant. When an agency deals with the same costs each day it is hard to understand why they can’t address that question, even if there is a pamphlet, handout or website you could be directed to.
