Tess was easy to reach, even if she was busy with another call she would call you back the second she was free. She was very friendly and patient with all of my endless questions about the entire process. Most importantly she was my voice when another lender company was struggling to meet deadlines and she was there to plead my case and helped me get into my new house on time.

Rich was SO helpful! He answered all of our questions no matter how silly or how many time we asked the same question. He also helped us stay within our mortgage budget goals. During the buying process he stayed in touch to make sure we got the right documents signed and that we understood what was going on.
