I had a great experience with these guys. They are very professional. I met kurt first time in his office and had a talk about the loan. He explain everything that i wanted to know. Kurt and his staff were constantly watching the market and processing my loan document in a very timely manner. One afternoon he called with an urgent message that he believed we needed to request to "lock" our loan rate NOW or we might end up with a higher rate. We locked the rate and it turned out to be a good choice. With the difficult times of COVID19 his staff was very professional and walked us through doing things the electronic way.
