What I liked most about Mike was his honesty He told us the truth from the beginning and was very transparent through out the whole process. It was difficult to navigate through covid 19 an still get business done in a timely fashion but Mike did his best to keep us in the loop as much as possible..We had a delay at one point and hadn't heard anything pertaining to our closing date but Mike stayed on it ,he didnt just push us to the next person and say deal with them. HE STAYED WITH US

Michael went over the entire process in our first meeting and explain in detail the entire process. Married to a control freak, this made us feel more assured when Michael said he was confident that we have no problem being approved. Envoy was also abled to secure us a very low rate. Unfortunately, we could not hold it beyond a month so we had to wait and lost .3% but that’s still amazing. In the end, we were very happy with the result and glad we didn’t use our previous mortgage company.

Mike was very helpful throughout the process and made buying our first home as streamlined as possible. He was happy to explain anything we were unsure of to make sure we were completely comfortable. He even took the time to meet with us in person on a Saturday afternoon to explain the mortgage process and the preliminary loan estimate.
