I was told a couple things that didn’t come true and some things weren’t explained to me.

I made a plan to be in home closer to work. Andy worked hard to make that come to fruition. He meets deadlines and does whatever possible to get you the home that you want!

Cayla was EXCELLENT. The process was absolutely pathetically long, drawn out, and inexcusable. My wife and I 1.) have money, 2.) have very high credit scores, and 3.) did not need this loan by any means - yet, it took 3 months. We were penalized because were are business owners with extensive assets. Worst experience EVER. My wife is the most organized person on planet Earth, who provided every single document requested immediately. So...instead of being rewarded for that, we were required to produce the same documents multiple times. ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. We will NEVER use Cardinal Financial again. We will advise everyone to steer clear...including clients (and I am a practicing lawyer who does real estate). We have never been so frustrated. HELLISH EXPERIENCE.

Very clear and consistent communication throughout the whole process. As first time homebuyers, my fiancé and I appreciated how willing Mr. Kniegge and his team were to answer our questions and discuss/ compare all our different options.
