Tim was excellent and professional during my closing process. I have many student loans he worked aggressively to ensure I would get approved for my home. The one asset that Tim represents that I am sure many lenders would be reluctant to offer is his open communication and accessibility. If I had a question, Tim responded promptly. I am very satisfied with the overall experience, even though stressful at times, I would recommend other buyers to use Tim as their mortgage lender.
