I am not sure of what your role was and maybe should have been introduced. Hard to believe that we had to drive 1 hour to close on our house, arrangement's should have been made for us

I had to resend documents more than once. Financing approval to closing process not explained. Constantly referred to other than my preferred name. I was promised a closing within 30 days, Dec.19th, was scheduled for the 23rd. I had to push to get the 18th. (In fairness, sent an email at stating could make 23rd work, but still should have been 19th or sooner. Was not told wife had to be at closing, created a lot of problems at the last minute, blamed my agent. However, always answered calls.
