It would have been easy for Serafina to look at my profile and give a simple "you don't qualify" response. Instead she pointed out rough credit spots that were easily repairable in a short turn around, ran different options on our 2nd interaction and got us into a new home after a critical cross country move. She hand held the process to make sure the loan authorized and we closed. Couldn't be happier.
