I tried multiple times to contact Ben through email, text, and leaving voicemails throughout the process when I needed to know information before e-signing documents. It took me trying and trying and trying to finally just calling Samuel to get my answers. The first few days the response time was great and I was very responsive on my end at all times. It was upsetting through the middle and end of the process when I needed to get ahold of him. I finally contacted an agent to see if they would send an email on my behalf to Ben and his manager because I couldn’t get into contact with him. I left approx 3-5 voicemails to only receive a phone call back 2 days later. All in all the online process with this company is usually a breeze and that part makes it nice. Communication needs to be there for me when you are working for me. When I need my agent to answer questions I like to be called back in a timely manner. I appreciate Ben for helping me through the process, but if I was to do it over again I would prefer Brian Hull who I used the first time to refi.

My interactions with Andrew were positive, and my loan process seemed to progress smoothly, until he went on vacation, and his staff then discovered that the townhouse I was buying is actually a condo. This required them to obtain additional info from the HOA. Per Andrew's associate, they were unable to reach the HOA despite multiple attempts. My realtor, however, informed me that she had no problem reaching the HOA. In the end, this mix-up significantly delayed my loan closing.
