Upon the start of my lone process I began receiving as many as 15 telephone calls per day, sometimes as many as 7 calls, one right after the other, from your competitor's wanting to make me a better deal then New American. I was forced to disconnect my phone to stop the onslaught! I hope and pray I will never have to refinance my home again!!!
