I've never purchased a home before this. Serafina was very helpful in answering all my questions in a timely manner, but was not too pushy. She explained things in as much detail as I needed and didn't cut me off when asking questions though I'm sure she had plenty of other clients to deal with. She kept a big financial decision comfortable instead of scary.
