For the overall of the process, I think it went pretty smooth. The only hiccup was being told I would be closing on a certain day, and then it was pushed back 2 days due to flood insurance issues. Then it was pushed back another 3 for the same issues with FEMA. I understand that all of that was out of Toms hands though.
