Too many inconsistent changes. Not smooth like a streamline or irrl refi claims to be and closing was a mess. Some questions not answered about fees and closing costs. Delilah was great but the refinance process just not as enjoyable as I feel it should have been.

This is my second time working w/Tony & I find him trusting & like working with him, unfortunately, the pre discussion numbers in the project to refinance was not at all how we ended up. I leaned on the information from Tony to fully understanding the value of refinancing or not to refinance. The information provided led me to value a refinance for a couple of reasons however at the end of the day the numbers did not match so there was no cash out & I wont breakeven until 20 months have past.

Tony was great help and knowledgeable of the loan process but some of the info between us was lost or redundant as it went through the chain. Social numbers and work history had to be communicated several times.
