My original loan officer was not responding to my realtor or myself so Steve had to step in. After talking with Steve, I found that the interest rates I was originally quoted was not locked in and I got stuck with at least 1% higher than originally expected. This increased my payment by at least an extra $100 a month. Steve was great once I started working with him. I would've just appreciated getting the original rate since it was lack of response from their loan officer.
