I didn’t say the experience wasn’t memorable,on a scale of 1-5,I gave two 5 star ratings,one 4 star rating,and one okay rating. Improvement is needed in the area of communicating all documents needed at one in regards to refinancing.Don’t request one,or two documents one day,then the very next day request more documentation.
