The Underwritrer required way more documents than I’ve ever had to provide before. Also the day of the 4th scheduled closing I was told I’d need to provide 25% down instead of the 15% that had been know for MONTHS. I think that was a bull*** move on the companies part & had it not been any consideration taken off the closing cost I wouldn’t have gone thru w/ the purchase. Zain was good to work w/. The underwriter (s) were assholes.
