Erick was really easy to talk to and he explained things perfectly. Every time I had a question he answered it right away. Todd was easy to work with but I was not happy with how much information was needed and how they went about getting it. The employment verifications was ridiculous and my employers were very bothered even though I provided paystubs. Almost to the point of harassment. Quite embarrassing. The process was worse than when I purchased my home originally. This was supposed to be a home equity loan which I had plenty of. Probably will not use this company again.
