Kenol was great during the entire process. He and his assistant Hector ensured that we got a low interest rate (especially during a time where the rates are higher than usual). He was always available to communicate with me via text and took my calls and responded timely to all questions. We had a little hiccup at the end but Ken and his team made it work and we were able to close on time. He was very patient and explained thing well during the process. Thank you again Ken!
