I was nervous and scared to purchase my first home, but Steve made this process much easier than I anticipated it to be. Due to prolongation of negotiations, our rate lock was going to expire. Tim made sure to keep the low rate for us despite the delay. Tim and Jessica were very prompt in responding to emails and calls and always took time to explain the process because I am a first time homeowner. Great service.
