Steve is very dedicated to his work, easy to reach when I have a question and answer all of it on point, straight forward and professional. The team however need some tune up. Hard to reach return my call after a few days, a few last minute paper works that could be pre determined before the facts!

Speed of service, constant communication and rapid response to any questions. We felt that our questions were answered honestly and that we got the best rate & fees that were available. The only negative interaction was with the Reno mortgage office when they called to set up our closing appointment and that was only that the gal forgot to give us the address and the amount for the cashiers check. That is piddley minor details against the whole experience which was excellent overall. Don
