Prompt responses to questions we had. 1 gripe we had is that we didn't know there would be a lock down on nearly all finances during the 30 day closing. But, overall as first time buyers, it was a very pleasant experience with everyone involved.

We were told the remortgage would save us about $10,000 and in the end it was only about $8,000. I was surprised the closing wasn’t sooner than it was.
