Don’t misunderstand me but Riana did a great job overall. There were a lot of instances where she was very quiet during the transactions with the sellers agent who was bias and racist against me, and he did everything he could to hinder the purchase of the house. We had to fight really hard to get to where I am right now, but never one word from Riana. And I felt like I needed that support and guidance from the people on my team, especially when you know the procedures and the process.
