Carlton was excellent. He is truly top notch and an expert in his field. I personally would recommend Carlton without any reservations. Some of his support staff on the other hand were not keeping the loan on schedule and not following up with me and the underwriter quick enough. This caused a delay between information needed by the underwriter and that message getting to me. I had to push very hard in order to keep the transaction on schedule.
