My experience with Kaitlyn was good but the closer Denise was poor at communicating and did not send all the documents needed for closing and now I see that my previous mortgage is still pending payoff which I hope it doesn’t negatively affect my credit. I hope this bumpy start is not an indication of what I will be experiencing in the future

Great experience overall. I felt there could have been a little more phone communication when an email was not answered. Overall everything was accomplished and my home was refinanced. I would talk with Miguel Ojinaga again and refinance with his help again if i had it to do over.
