Jenn is very knowledgeable. She guided/firmly directed this process. I did not realize how invasive underwriting can be in my personal/financial matter as there were times I felt under the gun/bullied (lol). But I am sure it was for the benefit of both sides. Thank you for taking a chance on me. My experience with NAF started out with a heartbreak with the California team but Jenn and her team redeemed my faith in this process. Thank you everyone.

Information did not seem to be communicated/understood well between different departments, resulting in delays in processing times and having to correct information between departments. Different new information seemed to be consistently required from processing and underwriting, which would have been nice to know was needed from the beginning of processing. However, they did work with us on certain things which was very appreciated. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend NAF, but I would also not guide someone away from going with them. I will say that Michael Seago was very helpful and did make us feel as though our business was important, and we enjoyed working with him.
