Karlo was great and was able to get me the best deal possible! He was very personable and quick to respond to me. My only complaint is that I was told it would take 2-3 weeks to close the loan, as it was said to be a very simple refinance. In reality, I started this process in the beginning of September, locked my rate in mid-October, and didn’t close until the beginning of December. Overall it all worked out in the end but I’m disappointed in the extended time line.

It was incredibly helpful that Riana helped me stay on top of tasks to be completed. I felt much less overwhelmed by my first time home buying experience largely because I was confident that she would clearly communicate the steps I needed to be completing and when. I was able to focus more on getting through the process and less on worrying about the process.
