Kelly always made himself available for questions and gave thoughtful and accurate answers. His colleague, Kristina Miller, on the other hand was not helpful in her execution of her part of the job. Her estimations varied wildly (even within a 24 hour period), her communication could have been more professional, and it was communicated that there was a an error on her end regarding my proceeds from the sale of my home resulting in the need to provide a lot of financial info less than a week before closing.
