The interaction and level of service from JT was very good and I would certainly not hesitate to work with him again. There were some slight discrepancies towards the end of the process, perhaps as a result of the loan processor, however they were quickly resolved. Overall, great experience working with JT.

JT was great and helpful throughout the process. However, my experience was so terrible I would never recommend New American- in fact I would recommend against using them to service a loan. Throughout my experience two closings were cancelled within hours of the scheduled signing, the assessment was botched (assessor accidentally cancelled my appointment) and had to be rescheduled, I had to perform my signing twice since the documents were incomplete and LOST the first time.
