long processing period, inaccurate numbers for final funding of loan, causing a withdrawal after closing doc signage. Two different times for notary scheduled for closing docs. EST 2-3 months too close.

We requested our closing costs do not put into the loan.. At least 5 times.. Sent the paperwork back 3 times to get redone and And every time it came back wrong. We just got to the point where we accepted it. And will take care of the closing costs on our own.. Other than that everything was good..
