Patricia Scott and Kelly Dougherty fought for my family. There were issues surrounding our Ground Lease that required extensions. Patricia and Kelly acknowledged that my husband I were not at fault and fought for us to be able to close. In addition, the solution they offered actually allow us to know own the ground lease.
