Scott usually answered the phone when I called him, and if he was in the middle of something he would call back as soon as he was free. He always answered any questions that I had.

I'm not trying to be too harsh. All your staff and everything were respectful nice kind and helpful. It was just the length of time the process took. Shane and his underwriter Jacqueline were awesome. They made the experience toward the end much more tolerable.
