Seemed like we signed the same form over and over. I guess due to covid19 our earnings/bank statements were requested a few times over a few weeks. I did like that we were informed as each step of our loan progressed.

Mr. Demetrio did his job great, responded to emails and phone calls very fast and guide us through mortgage process very professionally. His explanation was clear. However, ladies who works as his team have to communicate with each other and do not ask the client about same documents, and review the binder before last second and make me nervous that I would not be able to give the requested documents on time. Eventually, Mr. Demetrio reduced all misunderstanding and we closed fast and smooth.
