There were a lot of setbacks which was frustrating. I don't believe it was Dane's fault, but we were told we gave them all the information they needed, but continued asking for more info a month later very close to closing. Overall Dane was a great help and was quick to respond. Can't blame the middle man.

Listen here is what made it a great experience, when I had any questions (I had alot) no matter Tommy either answered the phone or returned my call efficiently. Even when he was out with his wife he took the call and told me. The process for a veteran s home loan as everyone knows can be a bit more then average loan process. With Tommy it was not.. next time I'm in Texas I'm going take him and his wife out to dinner! Thank you man my little boy and I are going to stay our first night tonight we're excited!
