It started out fantastic, and I’m so happy Justin was able to get me help. However, I don’t feel like the end of the process went well. I was not explained what I was to do with checks, I was not explained why I didn’t get all my cards paid like I was told earlier. And I understand things can change and I would have been ok had things just been explained better to me. I spent two or three days on the phone and printing and sending documents and trying to gather information for the loan, which I thought was what I gave this company for and then in the end it ended up hurting my loan and changing it. It was not In any way Justin’s fault that these things happened. I just would have liked to be kept more informed.

Ruth was fantastic! She really helped drive this purchase. Every time I became frustrated due to lack of follow thru from the seller, or Realtor Ruth kept me grounded. I got better rates, and as much of a pain in the b*** as it was to get document after document, adjust on the fly we were able to feel confident that it would get done! This will be a forever home!
