Ms. Clark was most professional and expedient. I was pleasantly surprised as to the way she kept me updated throughout the process. She painstakingly explained every detail of each step of the transaction process. Being a first time home buyer I literally posed hundreds of questions to her, sometimes repeating the same question. She never grew impatient with me and she provided me with detailed answers to each question. Ms. Clark completed the transaction ahead of schedule. Praise her.
