Sam was responsive. A little bit too much paperwork, and the notary situation was not ideal. Wish I would have waited or gotten the lower rate, but that's timing.

Overall the experience was great there was only a hiccup in the time it took to get the refinance completed, but that mainly fell on underwriting and the actual completion of the loan. Haas was very informative and helped with any questions and concerns I had throughout the process.

Great Consultative experience with transparency and open communication. The only poor experience I had is the final Amount of cash needed for signing wasn’t the most up to date I received so I had to run back to the bank in the middle of closing.
