Someone should have reviewed the closing documents with me prior to the day of signing. Also on numerous occasions I had asked about my heloc account and then at the last minute was told that I needed to close it with no real reason why after being told it was fine

It was okay. I have about 20 different things to do a day, nothing is memorable. This was a basic transaction it was fair, timely, and professional I would not suggest changing anything. Keep up the good work.

It just felt very frustration towards the end on miscommunication towards the end of closing and calls that we had to initiate, based on a big hiccup, that should've been the other way around. But Kim did help workaround those big hiccups, helped answer my questions, very patience, and guided us to the finish line. She had great customer service and would work with ONLY her again.
