It was a simple enough process. I didn't enjoy that it switched hands so often, but I'm also not familiar with the process. It just made it easier to stick with one person who knew what was going on instead of having to re-explain or re-submit paperwork to someone new. Otherwise the process ended well and we are very happy.

Every time I called I got what I needed and they certainly provided me with enough information in my email account so that I wasn't left out of the loop,even provided me with concierge service. Called after closing to make sure everything went well.
