It started out fantastic, and I’m so happy Justin was able to get me help. However, I don’t feel like the end of the process went well. I was not explained what I was to do with checks, I was not explained why I didn’t get all my cards paid like I was told earlier. And I understand things can change and I would have been ok had things just been explained better to me. I spent two or three days on the phone and printing and sending documents and trying to gather information for the loan, which I thought was what I gave this company for and then in the end it ended up hurting my loan and changing it. It was not In any way Justin’s fault that these things happened. I just would have liked to be kept more informed.
