When it came to the loan processor she was not responsive, it caused multiple delays, the checks did not arrive when I was advised . When Naf sent them they left off the unit number causing a further delay which caused me calling fedex and then driving to their facility to get the package . Jeffrey was excellent,, the rat was not very good .

Tamara and I need to get an answer on the pool in the back yard. It was not in working order. We needed and answer from the borough on if they cared if it was operational or not for underwriting. She was able to call and get the issues handled.

Having to pay $495 for an appraisal when the loan to value ratio was under 40% was ridiculous. The underwriter also seemed very constrained by their “system” & unwilling to use common sense. For example we were also being told we had to pay $520 for a title endorsement for a vacant lot (even though we were buying a condo & the title company said they didn’t need it) until the night before closing. But they did make it right in the end so I give kudos for that.

Everything was good except I was told I would receive a $4000 refund after I closed and this does not seem to be the case. I’m sure it was just a miscommunication but was counting on that money.
