Paul Alexander made our experience great. Mr. Paul Alexander was very kind, knowledgeable, and accessible, even providing his private number in the event we had any further concerns. Mr. Alexander provided important documentation to both me and my wife, and this was always appreciated. Paul Alexander educated us as to what step of the process our loan was in, and was willing to give us information he felt we needed to be aware of. His tone was always friendly and energetic and we appreciate having him as our loan officer tremendously.

I believe that this process is completely on line and not in an office setting went pretty smooth, and when I had any kind of questions, I would just call and my answers would be soon to follow. Experience was definitely eye-opening. Everybody was extremely helpful and nice. this was a new process, as I did not have to go into an office and make appointments etc. everybody made this experience smooth for me. Everyone was very professional. Robert was very very nice and very very helpful. Great sense of humor and catering to my questions when I had them. All that were involved were very helpful and kind. I was really grateful for everyone’s assistance in their area. The process was smooth and painless. I thank everyone.

Communication was not great. Never was able to reach the processor and once the loan officer never returned my call but otherwise than that instance, he was good with communication! The overall experience was great as always! I do feel the company cares about me!

Brook explained the whole process to me more than once. I had no clue where to begin with my refinance and he talked me through each step and helped me get quick and easy approval.
