Alex was able to support our mortgage needs and run through multiple difference scenarios with various loan options and purchase prices. He was available for questions even at non-optimal times. There are loads of documents needed for loan processing and that would be the only area to potentially improve - we could've used better visibility of everything required upfront. In addition, I would have benefited from more direction on optimal timing to lock in our loan rate.
