I don't think I would recommend the closing/title company again. I wasn't told to bring a check to closing. The closing company both forgot to obtain a signature and got an incorrect signature on another document. The closing company gave us incorrect wiring instructions. To their credit, they worked hard to remedy these mistakes and I realize they are very busy. Mike is terrific, but once the loan moved past him to the closing company, it became tedious and a bit frustrating.
