Only downside was the cumbersome underwriting/appraisal timeline. Guessing that was due to Covid but did slightly delay the COE.

Sean was great, informative, supportive and pleasant. The only problem we had was we were with our notary signing the papers, we had a question. We called and Sean was notavailable, neither was anyone in the office. We had to work our solution out with the notary while we waited for ou ranswer before we would sign. Someone should be available any timea signing is in process. Sean called the next day and answered the question, then we got with the notary and finished signing.
