Time it took to find construction loan cost us alot of money as it push many primary purchases out into covid prices. Staff could be more informed as to what they are speaking about and the information they are requesting and why.

Portia and her team are amazing! Buying a home is stressful in so many ways and Portia and her team took the stress out of the mortgage side of things. Never once did I have to ask them for anything.
