Carla was very helpful and always willing to answer all my questions. The only issue was needing 205,000 for a home that cost 190,000!! Which changed the closing cost after I started the process had I known that would occur I could’ve thought about proceeding. But Carla truly was the best and I would definitely work with her again in the future. Shout out to Carla!!!
