Melissa was great and so was Cindy. It was just that the process was a bit slow (Which I do understand under this unprecedented demand should be expected). My only suggestion would be a bit more check in when things take much longer than usual. Other than that all went well.

Jon was extremely responsive and helpful. Any email, text, or call was immediately answered, and he was transparent about what loan options we had and what steps remained. We had a very frustrating experience with escrow due to a relocation company, HOA, and non-local escrow/title company being involved. Jon went the extra mile to try to close on time and when that didn't happen he was honest with us about why there was a delay. I would highly recommend working with him for a mortgage.
