Although the process took much longer than we thought it would (COVID pandemic probably delayed things quite a bit), we still closed our re-fi with the locked in rate and terms initially discussed (Aug. 28 start to Nov. 16 close) and we are happy with our outcome. Had shopped around and talked to many others, so glad we worked with Ryan.
