Jason was phenomenal! He got everything going smoothly. Underwriting seemed to have some communication issues. They asked for things that were already provided, seemed to spend way too much time trying to verify supplemental income, and waited until the day of closing to ask for new tax bills that were just mailed out during the same month which meant closing had to be pushed. It was not a bad experience…it just wasn’t as smooth as it should have been.
