I wish that we weren’t handed off to a loan processor after dealing with Jay. I wasn’t expecting that and I don’t think the processor was as personable or communicative as Jay is. Also, having the loan processor in a different time zone did make things challenging and frustrating at times. But Jay walked us through every step of the way and made sure everything went smoothly. He even came in on a day off to see everything through! Jay is quick to respond to any questions or concerns as they arise. He is enthusiastic, energetic and is able to empathize with his clients. I just wish he was the only one we had to deal with! You can tell he really cares about his clients and that it isn’t just about the money but is more about making sure his clients feel valued!

The best part about greg was that he understood that I was a working professional and was working on the deal during my working hours, so he kept all communication very concise. He wasn’t a pushy salesman, and didn’t bash other lenders in competition to win my business. He gave me exactly the information I needed to make my selection wo pestering me with questions and needless conversations. Whether that’s how Greg always works or whether he understood that that was the right approach with me, but either way it made interaction with him very efficient. When we were ready to do business with NAF (bc their offer was the best !) he and his team hit the ground running. Greg and his team worked well with my agent and the legal team. I was very happy with how the whole process went.
