At the beginning, Jarrod is very friendly and was able to help me a lot to initiate my refi mortgage loan. However, towards the end, his response time was slow. I have to leave 2 to 3 messages to get a response. I even have to text him more than once. The progress of my refi loan processes took close to 3 months. I understand that it's not all his responsibilities to complete the process, but all I wanted from him is to provide me updates without me keep calling or texting him.

The service I received wasn't terrible. My communication with Marti was pleasant and she was helpful. I thought that commiuncation fell off after our formal application was submitted and the case was turned over to the underwriter or case manager. I would have appreciated knowing a potential timeline of how the process would unfold. Thank you
